Since its inception in 2006, Aberdeen Construction Co. has provided quality, affordable work as a full service, fully licensed general contracting firm in the greater metropolitan Chicago area.
Aberdeen Construction Co.’s commercial portfolio of projects shows a diverse array ranging from restaurants and nightclubs to retail, office, and industrial spaces. Aberdeen Construction has a reputation for successful design-build projects utilizing a value engineered construction process finding optimal benefit between value, function, and cost.
Nick Nozinic is the principal owner of Aberdeen Construction Co., Inc. After receiving his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Kragujevac in Serbia in 1999, Mr. Nozinic moved to the United States bringing with him a passion for opportunity and success.
Within two years, he started his own plumbing business and by 2006 had established Aberdeen Construction as a primary GC firm in the hospitality design field. Mr. Nozinic is known for his hands-on approach, experience with a variety of project scopes, and his ability to meet budget and schedule needs for all his clients.
